I decided to go to Dr Chris(The Chiro Guys) after reading all the amazing reviews for my shoulder pain that was bothering me for years. My shoulder felt amazing right after the first adjustment and over the next few weeks the pain went away almost completely (have been carrying an injury for around 20 years!). I also sprained my knee in the gym and he got me back up in no time! The exercises given have helped as well.
